We`re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join the French innovative company that develops artificial intelligence solutions to address Human Resources challenges and streamline the job market. The mission is to enhance the match between talent and companies through AI while making HR processes more agile and precise.

As a Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models, you will join the R&D team. Your role will be crucial in designing, testing, and deploying innovative AI solutions to meet the needs of the job market. You will also contribute to the company’s scientific communication by writing articles, participating in conferences, and leading workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

— Design, train, and optimize NLP and Large Language Models to enhance Mindmatcher’s products.

— Collaborate with the product team to develop robust, high-performance, and scalable AI solutions.

— Test and deploy models in production while ensuring their quality and reliability.

— Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI, identifying innovation opportunities.

— Contribute to the company’s scientific communication: write articles, present at conferences, etc.

Required Skills:

— Mastery of fundamental NLP concepts (embedding, language models, semantic analysis, etc.).

— Proven experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).

— Proficiency with NLP tools and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, etc.

— Strong skills in Python and data pipeline management (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

— Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

— Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus).

Desired Profile:

— Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.

— Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, with a focus on NLP.

— Passionate about innovation and new technologies.

— Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse profiles (developers, project managers, etc.).

— Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
