We are seeking a Python & C# Software Developer based in Wroclaw to join our client’s team.

Our client is a company, that specializes in offering advanced analytics solutions focused on fraud detection, risk management, and compliance for property and casualty insurance providers.

As a Python & C# Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performing applications, contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused environment. You’ll work on various projects, incorporating AI solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency. We’re looking for a skilled developer eager to learn and grow within a team. Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers, product managers, and architects to tackle complex challenges and deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reliable APIs and services using Python and .NET.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance both personal skills and team processes.
  • Write clean, efficient, testable code, ensuring comprehensive unit test coverage.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions using Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Azure Functions.
  • Apply software best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, working with the team to find optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing applications, services, and APIs using Python and .NET.
  • B2 English level or higher.
  • Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD, and automated testing as key aspects of the development process.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and best practices, with the ability to adapt quickly.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with FastAPI and/or Django frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ElasticSearch.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services beyond AKS and Functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Azure Functions.
  • Scripting skills in Bash.
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and OpenAI integrations.
  • Familiarity with frontend development using Vue.js 3.
