Senior Flutter Developer

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join the team of our client, a German startup that develops interactive digital solutions in the healthcare and well-being space.

Their flagship product is designed to support people with cognitive challenges, helping them stay oriented, emotionally stable, and connected to their environment. The system combines a mobile app with smart devices and tangible elements that make personal memories and experiences audible and visible, improving everyday quality of life.

What you will do:

  • Design and implement new features for the mobile application with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and code quality.
  • Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models and LLM pipelines into production.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure to ensure reliable deployments.
  • (Optional) Optimize database architecture and Supabase integration for performance.

What we expect from you:

  • Solid experience with Flutter and Dart (proficiency with async/await, streams, and futures).
  • Proven background in mobile development and cross-platform deployment (iOS & Android).
  • Hands-on knowledge of GitHub and Docker.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+, written and spoken).

Bonus points:

  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Supabase SDK, real-time subscriptions, and database operations.
  • Published apps in the App Store and/or Google Play.
  • Experience with REST API integration (HTTP requests, error handling, async operations).
