Technical Support Engineer

We are loooking for the AI Technical Support Engineer to join the growing and experienced team.

Our client offers a cutting-edge AI platform designed to help global organizations streamline operations, drive growth, and improve decision-making through AI-driven solutions. Their platform integrates seamlessly with existing data systems and can be deployed in a variety of environments, offering flexibility to meet diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer support and resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure issues, focusing on Linux and network administration
  • Collaborate with product/engineering teams to address customer needs
  • Participate in on-call rotations for escalated incidents

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of support experience in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Linux and network administration
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of enterprise regulatory compliance and security
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Fluent or business-level English

Preferred:

  • Experience in Data Science, machine learning, or AI
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and file systems
