We are seeking a C# .NET Software Engineer based in Wroclaw to join our client’s team.

Our client is a company, that specializes in offering advanced analytics solutions focused on fraud detection, risk management, and compliance for property and casualty insurance providers.

As part of a team dedicated to innovation and developing reliable solutions across various products, your role as a C# .NET Software Engineer will involve crafting software that empowers clients to identify fraud. Your mission includes designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable C# applications by creating new public-facing APIs and integrating them with external data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an experienced team to enhance fraud detection and user experience across products.
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to improve functionality.
  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable APIs.
  • Innovate by creating APIs for testing new features and ideas.
  • Work with multiple teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
  • Follow industry best practices to maintain high standards.
  • Produce quality code, review peers’ work, and resolve technical issues.
  • Actively participate in Agile processes, including stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • Motivate and support team growth during stand-ups and discussions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with C# and .NET.
  • B2 English level or higher
  • Solid knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes.
  • Proficient in unit and integration testing.
  • Comfortable with monitoring tools and practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with JavaScript, especially Vue 3/Vuetify 3.
  • Knowledge of public cloud providers (Azure preferred, AWS, or GCP are also good).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S).
  • Understanding of security practices (authorization, throttling, encryption).
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry.
