A stable modern US product company is looking for a talented PHP Laravel Developer with experience in MongoDB, MySQL, and Elasticsearch to join their team and help them manage the API.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining their API using the Laravel framework, integrating various databases such as MongoDB and MySQL, and search engines like Elasticsearch.

Please note that the company only considers candidates outside Ukraine for security reasons.

What you will do
• Design and develop high-quality APIs using the Laravel framework.
• Develop and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable backend systems.
• Integrate and manage various databases such as MongoDB and MySQL
• Provide efficient data management for our API.
• Maintain Elasticsearch to provide efficient and fast search functionality for our API.
• Write clean and maintainable code, and ensure code quality by conducting regular code reviews.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, and other developers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings

You'll be the perfect match if you have
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
• Strong experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining APIs using MongoDB, MySQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
