Senior AQA Engineer

Join the product development team as a QA Engineer and contribute to building, testing, and maintaining a high-quality digital experience platform (DXP) used by top global brands and public institutions. The platform supports millions of visitors and thousands of employees daily, combining CMS capabilities with advanced features that serve content editors, marketers, system administrators, DevOps, and developers.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse technology stack, with a primary focus on Cypress for testing automation.

Please note: Candidates should be based within the European Union, but it’s a fully remote position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Validate individual stories delivered by the team.
• Collaborate with developers before implementation to identify and document test cases for each story.
• Maintain and update manual and automated test cases related to new and existing features (using TestRail).
• Validate and sign off on module and product releases.
• Report defects and analyze issues reported by support teams, ensuring developers have clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of automated test suites.
• Drive QA best practices within the team and mentor other engineers on testing strategies and automation tools.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in test automation using frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium (or similar).
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript, or strong knowledge of other programming languages, with the ability and willingness to learn.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser testing, API testing, security testing, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into the delivery process.
