Senior Graphic and Marketing Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic and Marketing Designer to join the design team of Israeli company (most of the tech team members are Ukrainians).

You will help create visually compelling materials for marketing and communication campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements:

✔️ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a professional design environment, creating assets for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Strong branding and visual language development skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and an out-of-the-box thinker.
• Strong English skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience with illustration and animation is a plus.
• Proficiency in: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
• Accessible portfolio.

✔️ Skills & Abilities:

• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for B2C projects, including marketing materials, banners, and landing pages is a must.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timeframes.
• Experience in email marketing design, GIF creation, campaign assets, responsive design, and basic motion graphics.
