We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead and Architect — Blockchain to join our team and work on an innovative hybrid cryptocurrency exchange project. The exchange combines a centralized order book with hybrid deposit wallets, ensuring users always retain their keys. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the product’s technical direction and contribute to the blockchain ecosystem.

Project Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and architect blockchain applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and Solidity.
  • Shape the technical and functional aspects of product design.
  • Architect secure, scalable, and distributed blockchain systems, converting designs into high-quality code.
  • Work with blockchain-related technologies, including Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Web3.js.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with product management, engineering, and design to deliver digital products.
  • Ensure high coding standards and attention to detail, ensuring maintainable and secure code.
  • Cultivate a culture of curiosity and innovation, always questioning “why” before considering “how.”

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Solidity or other blockchain smart contract technologies.
  • A strong background in software development with experience in backend and frontend technologies (minimum 5+ years in total).
  • B2 English level or higher
  • Proven ability to design and implement secure, distributed blockchain systems.
  • Experience with Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Web3.js, and related technologies.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
