Technical Support Engineer
We are loooking for the AI Technical Support Engineer to join the growing and experienced team.
Our client offers a cutting-edge AI platform designed to help global organizations streamline operations, drive growth, and improve decision-making through AI-driven solutions. Their platform integrates seamlessly with existing data systems and can be deployed in a variety of environments, offering flexibility to meet diverse business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support and resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure issues, focusing on Linux and network administration
- Collaborate with product/engineering teams to address customer needs
- Participate in on-call rotations for escalated incidents
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Linux and network administration
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Knowledge of enterprise regulatory compliance and security
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Fluent or business-level English
Preferred:
- Experience in Data Science, machine learning, or AI
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and file systems
