Hiretop is a senior-only remote engineering agency. We're 7 people across three offices, helping product companies build engineering teams that last for years — not months.
Mission
To provide stable, senior-level engineering capacity beyond borders, built for long-term product growth.
Most engineering staffing agencies optimise for placing fast. We optimise for keeping engineers in seat for years. The two are different — fast placement requires shallow vetting; long retention requires the patience to wait for the right person, plus the systems to support them after the hire.
Our 94% one-year retention isn't a happy accident. It's the only metric we obsess over.
From the founder
I started Hiretop in 2020 after watching three companies I cared about burn through engineering hires in the same way: source fast, hire fast, lose them in 6 months. It wasn't a hiring problem. It was a staying problem.
What we built is the opposite of body-shop recruiting. We talk to fewer candidates, screen them harder, and keep them longer. Half our placements are still on the same team three years later — that's the bar I want us to keep raising.
