We’re looking for a skilled, energetic and self-driven person to join a fast-growing European startup, focused on bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to the manufacturing industry. Their mission is to decarbonize heavy industry by making production processes smarter, more stable, and energy-efficient through the use of autonomous AI agents.

The company operates at the intersection of machine learning and industrial automation, partnering with manufacturers across sectors such as steel, chemical, textile, and food production. With solid funding from top-tier investors and a growing international team, they are rapidly expanding their engineering capabilities to scale their impact globally.

💼 Responsibilities

  • End-to-end development of scalable, clean, and pragmatic full-stack code
  • Product ownership: lead development of features with a focus on delivering real customer value
  • System architecture: design technical solutions that can scale from prototype to production
  • ML deployment: work closely with ML engineers to bring AI agents into real-world industrial use
  • Customer integration: deploy and integrate systems into clients’ manufacturing environments

✅ Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally in full-stack roles
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience with web application frameworks such as Django and/or FastAPI
  • Experience building ML models (is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and relational database design
  • Frontend development experience using JavaScript and modern frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferably)
  • Good understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment
  • Fluent in English (B2+ level)
