We`re seeking for an experienced and skilled Back End + ML Engineer to join the young and promising product company based in Norway which is working on the buisiness solution which verifies information in the internet and avoids harmful content. You will work closely with some of the brightest minds in ML/NLP in Norway.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python programming is a must (5+ years of experience), with experience in web development frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies; GCP and Terraform certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Strong MLOps skills, including containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB.
  • English level — B2+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CTO and backend team to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production.
  • Build scalable and robust backend systems to support our AI-powered applications.
  • Implement cutting-edge ML workflows and pipelines for efficient model training and deployment.
  • Automate and optimize our MLOps processes.
  • Maintaining scalability and performance of our cloud-based applications so that developed features are ready to meet the company’s international ambitions.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the interdisciplinary product development.
